Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website www.rexogreenhilltrip.com (the "Website") and to all tour packages and travel services booked with Rexo Green Hill Trip LLP ("Rexo Green Hill Trip", "we", "us" or "our"), whether through the Website or by phone, email, WhatsApp or in person.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or book with us.

1. About us and our services

Rexo Green Hill Trip LLP is a tour operator based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, offering domestic and international tour packages. We plan itineraries and arrange services such as accommodation, transport, sightseeing, guides and activities. Many of these services are provided by independent hotels, transport operators, airlines, railways and other suppliers ("Service Providers"), whose own terms and conditions also apply to the services they provide.

2. Using the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking.
  • The information you give us must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, post false, misleading or offensive content, try to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems, or disrupt its operation.
  • We try to keep the Website accurate, but tour descriptions, itineraries and photographs are for general guidance only. Hotels, routes and inclusions may vary, and prices and availability may change until your booking is confirmed. If a price shown on the Website is clearly wrong, we will inform you before confirming your booking.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. Enquiries, quotations and bookings

  • An enquiry or quotation is not a booking. Quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking and are valid for the period stated in them.
  • Your booking is confirmed only when we have received the required advance payment and sent you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
  • The person making the booking (the "lead traveller") accepts these Terms on behalf of everyone included in the booking, and is responsible for making payments and sharing booking information with the other travellers.
  • Traveller names must be given exactly as they appear on their identity documents or passports. Any charges from Service Providers for correcting names are payable by you.

4. Prices, inclusions and taxes

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and apply on the basis stated in the tour package or quotation, for example per person or per package.
  • Only the services listed as inclusions in your itinerary or booking confirmation are included. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include flight or train tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, entry tickets and monument fees, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, tips and porterage, or any costs arising from events beyond our control.
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged as applicable under law. For international tour packages, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is collected where applicable under the Income-tax Act, and the PAN of the person making the payment will be required.
  • After your booking is confirmed, we will not increase the price except because of changes in government taxes or levies, fuel prices, or currency exchange rates for international packages, which are beyond our control. We will inform you of any such change before it applies. If you do not accept the revised price, you may cancel the booking and we will refund the amount you have paid, less any non-refundable amounts already paid to Service Providers for your booking.

5. Payment terms

  • An advance payment of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
  • The balance amount must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
  • For bookings made within 15 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Some services, such as flight or train tickets, visas, or hotels during peak season and festivals, may require full payment in advance. We will tell you if this applies to your booking.
  • If the balance amount is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you, and the charges in our Cancellation & Refund Policy will apply.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS), UPI or any other method we confirm to you. Please make payments only to the bank account or UPI ID of Rexo Green Hill Trip LLP shared with you through our official email address or the phone numbers listed on this Website, and send us the transaction reference after paying. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.

6. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel your booking, cancellation charges and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Your deposit is refunded only if you inform us of the cancellation well in advance, and the amount deducted depends on the notice period.
  • Cancellations must be sent to us in writing by email.
  • If you cancel after the trip has started, any refund is limited to the amount we can recover from hotels, transport operators and other contractors.
  • Unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals and other unused services are not refunded.
  • Refunds may take 2–4 weeks to process due to banking procedures.

7. Changes by you

  • Requests to change travel dates, hotels, the itinerary or the travellers in a booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Any additional cost, including fare differences and charges from Service Providers, is payable by you.
  • A change of travel dates or a reduction in the number of travellers may be treated as a cancellation of all or part of the booking.
  • No refund is given for services not used during the trip, for example if you leave early, miss a pick-up, or skip sightseeing, meals or activities.

8. Changes and cancellations by us

  • Itineraries may need to change because of weather, road or traffic conditions, landslides, snowfall, flight or train delays, government orders or other reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to offer suitable alternatives of a similar standard. Any additional costs arising from such changes, such as extra hotel nights or alternative transport, are payable by you.
  • If a hotel or vehicle mentioned in your itinerary is not available, we may provide an alternative of a similar category.
  • If we cancel your tour for reasons within our control, we will refund the full amount you have paid.
  • If a tour is cancelled or cut short because of a force majeure event (see section 12), we will refund the amounts we are able to recover from Service Providers, less costs already incurred, or offer you a credit towards a future trip.

9. Travel documents, visas and health

  • All travellers must carry valid government-issued photo identification. For international travel, a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date is required.
  • Obtaining visas, permits and travel registrations (for example, permits for protected or restricted areas, or Char Dham Yatra registration) is ultimately your responsibility, even where we help you with the process. Refusal or delay of a visa or permit does not exempt you from cancellation charges, and visa fees are non-refundable.
  • Some destinations involve high altitude, long road journeys, trekking or extreme weather, for example Ladakh, Kedarnath and the Char Dham. Please consult a doctor before booking if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have reduced mobility, and tell us about any special needs in advance. You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit to travel.
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses and emergency evacuation.

10. Accommodation, transport and conduct

  • Hotel check-in and check-out times follow each hotel's policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
  • Vehicles are provided only for the transfers and sightseeing listed in your itinerary.
  • Travellers must follow local laws and customs, the rules of hotels and Service Providers, and the instructions of our representatives, drivers and guides, and must respect the environment of the places they visit. We may end our services to anyone whose behaviour is unlawful, unsafe or disruptive, without any refund.
  • You are responsible for your personal belongings and valuables, and for any damage you cause to hotel or vehicle property.

11. Our liability

  • We take reasonable care in selecting Service Providers. However, we are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay or expense caused by the acts or omissions of independent Service Providers, by you or other travellers, or by force majeure events.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you have paid us for that booking.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, landslides, floods, heavy snowfall, epidemics or pandemics, fire, strikes, riots, curfews, war or terrorism, government orders or travel restrictions, and cancellations or delays by airlines or railways.

13. Reviews and content you submit

Reviews, ratings and photos you submit must be genuine, based on your own experience, and must not be offensive or misleading or infringe anyone's rights. By submitting them, you allow us to publish and use them on the Website and in our promotional material. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms.

14. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, photographs, logos, itineraries and design, belongs to Rexo Green Hill Trip LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

15. Complaints

If you face a problem during your trip, please inform our representative or call us immediately so that we can try to resolve it on the spot. If a problem could not be resolved during the trip, please write to us at info@rexogreenhilltrip.com as soon as possible, preferably within 15 days of your return, with your booking details.

You can also contact our Grievance Officer at the address below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or your booking.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the updated version on this page. The Terms in force on the date of your booking apply to that booking. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
